7.3 Device Communication / Programming
Note: r stands for reserved bits. They must not be modified, unless otherwise noted.
Remark:
1. Send EN PROG (command 16) in normal mode before accessing the OTP in extended mode.
2. OTP assignment will be defined/updated.
